What is the best way to show a property layout to buyers?

How do I mark plots as sold, booked or available?
Plot status comes from a simple Google Sheet that your sales team updates. Change a plot to Sold, Booked or Available in the sheet and everyone who opens the map sees the new status, with no new file to send.
How do buyer enquiries reach my sales team?
A buyer can send an enquiry from any plot, and it is emailed to your sales team with the buyer's name, phone number, message and the plot they asked about. Buyers can also tap WhatsApp to message your sales number directly. Every enquiry is saved as well, and we can share the full list as a spreadsheet for your records or your CRM.
Can I share a single plot with a buyer?
Yes. Every plot has a share button that creates a link to that plot alone. When a buyer asks about Plot 14 on WhatsApp, you send the link and it opens the map already on Plot 14 with its details showing.
Can channel partners and brokers use the same map?
Yes. Channel partners share the same link with their own buyers, so everyone works from one up-to-date layout instead of old PDFs and screenshots. Partners can see which plots are already sold or booked, so nobody offers a plot that is no longer available.
Do buyers need to download an app?
No. The map opens in any phone or computer browser from a normal link, so a buyer can tap it in WhatsApp and start exploring straight away. It is designed for mobile first, because that is where buyers usually open a project link.
What do I need to send to get my project map made?
Send your layout in whatever form you have it, such as a KML file, a CAD drawing or a PDF, along with your plot list with sizes and facing if you have one. We map every plot, add your branding, photos and nearby places, and give you a link that is ready to share.
Does Naksha work for apartment projects, or only plots?
Naksha works for both plotted developments and apartment projects. For apartments, buyers choose a building, move between floors and see which flats are available, and one project can include a plotted layout and buildings together.
Will my project show up in Google search?
Each project map is a public web page with its own title, description and project details, such as its location, number of plots and plot sizes, which search engines and AI assistants can read. That gives buyers searching for plots in your area another way to find your project. A project that is not ready to go public can be kept out of search results.
Can I add site photos and drone videos to the map?
Yes. The map includes a gallery for site photos, construction progress and videos. If you do not have aerial footage yet, Naksha can also shoot drone video and create 3D walkthroughs of your project.
